    • GCE, O & A level or 12th grade.
    • Transcripts of primary school and higher secondary education with an aggregate of average seventy percent or a 3-point average on a scale of 4.
    • Minimum GPA in biology 3.5.
    • Only the highest five subjects are considered for the calculation of GPA against the marks obtained in SSC/O level or equivalent exam. Therefore, GPA in SSC/O or equivalent exam/ total marks obtained within the top five subjects ÷ 5.
    • For calculation of GPA in HSC/A level or equivalent, only three subjects i.e., Physics, Chemistry & Biology are considered for calculation of GPA. Individually the Qualifying Grade in each subject is “C”. So, calculation of GPA in HSC/A or equivalent ÷ total marks obtained in three subjects ÷ 3.
    • The application of the Marks Medical College has to be translated in prescribed form, from DGHS website.
    • Apart from the above, the application of Marks Medical College needs to be processed by Mission in Dhaka or Bangladesh Mission Abroad of respective countries.

    • Adding to it putting on posters on the walls of the hospital and college premises are not permitted and it is considered as acts of indiscipline and the offenders who are involved in it are liable to punishment.
    • Any kind of processions, nuisance, demonstrations and creating a ruckus in the college and hospital premises are not allowed and all those participating in such acts are liable to be expelled from college. Not only this, political activities are not permitted in the college.
    • Missing out on lectures without any valid reason or prior permission be it individually or in a group is a punishable act and those who are involved will have to pay a fine of Tk.500/- individually.
    • On the other hand, the medical institute expect all the parents and guardians to keep in touch with the respective Phase Coordinators in order to confirm whether their children are attending the classes regularly or not and also to keep a check on their performance.
    • The medical institute has appointed counselling bodies in each phase which is taken care by the Head of the department in order to make it easy for the aspirants to turn to the counselling body whenever any problem arises or when they are in dilemma and if required the counselling body will either look into the matter or even take the matter to the principal. Inconveniences by the students, statement of the grievances or problems must be in a disciplined and in an orderly manner. Under any act of indiscipline found on the part of any student which also includes using of objectionable words or abusive words and sentences due to which, the student will be liable to receive severe punishment such as expulsion from the college.
    • Not allowing the institute to function normally by creating unnecessary chaos and closing of college, hospital, and department gates or doors are all considered as an act of severe misconduct and aspirants found doing all these activities will be expelled from the college.
    • Misbehaviour is an act of indiscipline and aspirants involved in any kind of misbehaviour are liable to get severely punished by the higher authorities. Aspirants should not misbehave with the staff or employees of the college.
    • All the students and parents or guardians, at the time of admission into the college will have to sign a bond that their children or ward will follow all the rules and regulations of the college.
    • All the aspirants are expected to provide for themselves all the required study material, medical equipment and dissecting instruments as the college will not provide all these things to the aspirants.
    • In case of medical leave due to illness or other unavoidable reasons of non-attendance student, then they should submit application to the principal forwarded by the departmental head or a written application from the parent or guardian must be submitted to the principal through respective departmental head. The head of respective department must be informed over mobile phone, if there is any kind of delay or problem in submission of application as soon as possible.
    •  Another most important rule that every aspirant should be aware about is that receiving private coaching from any teacher of MRMC is strictly prohibited. Adding to it, as per rules of Dhaka University, disciplinary action will be taken, if any aspirant is found seeking private coaching from any teacher of this institution.
    • Cost of damage to college or hospital property or any kind of loss because of student will be borne by concern student.
