The registrations for the application of NEET PG 2023 will start from today, January 7, 2023 (3 pm onwards) to January 27, 2023 (11:55 pm).
The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) is an all India entrance examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma courses in India. The test is conducted for admission to more than 50,000 seats in medical colleges across India.
To apply for NEET PG 2023, candidates will have to first register themselves by entering basic details like name, mobile number, email ID, etc. Then, they will have to log in using the credentials (user ID and password) and fill the application form with personal, academic, contact details. Next, they will need to submit scanned images of photograph, signature, and left thumb impression in the format prescribed by the authority.
The details such as educational qualification, age limit, and other eligibility criteria for NEET PG 2023 will be released along with the application form. Candidates must read all the instructions carefully before filling the form. All the necessary documents such as identity proof, academic certificates, etc., must be kept ready to upload while filling the application form.
After that, aspirants will have to pay the application fee through online or offline mode. After completing all the application process, candidates will be able to download their admit card from the NBE website. Lastly, they will have to take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

The purpose of the examination is to assess the knowledge, skills and competencies of the candidates for admission to postgraduate medical courses. The examination is conducted in the online mode and the syllabus covers a wide range of topics related to clinical and pre-clinical subjects. The examination consists of multiple-choice questions and is conducted twice a year.
The exam is conducted for admission to MD, MS and PG Diploma courses offered in medical colleges across India. It is a computer-based test and consists of 300 multiple-choice questions based on topics from the MBBS syllabus. The questions from different medical subjects like anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology, etc. The exam duration for the NEET PG is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
